The point I'm trying to make in this long ramble is are most players in this range really this good? Am I just so unlucky I'm matching up with a player having the game of his life? I'm just confused as to why this is the case so often. The mistakes were all computer opening suggestions.nothing bad mid-late game except for 2 odd piece sacrifices. In 2 games accounting for 84 total moves.0 blunders & 7 mistakes. Again, a 1420 & 1510 rating for these players. For example my last 2 games went 45 & 39 moves.both players defended super well.both players found attack chances and counterplay in tough situations. HOWEVER, know that I've gotten to the 12-1500 ratings, these 95% of games are played really well.almost too well. 4-5 blunders per 30-40 moves.mostly middle game ideas or end game situations. However, I notice that up until the 1200 mark I encountered many so-so players but they all played to their level. It seems like on any given day I can make nice moves and on some days I feel like I can't see things well and play like a fool. If so, which is the best at getting real games and less cheats? If neither, where to play? The reason I ask is because I'm rated in 10 minutes chess somewhere around 1350-1450. So this may have been brought up before but does anyone play on these sites.
